This course is intended for new Managers and First Line Leaders within organisations. It is very helpful as a refresher course to cover proactive management techniques and to develop coaching capabilities.

Presentation skills coaching
Effective presentations are increasingly important with seniority. They require a clearly identified purpose, a strategy for achieving that purpose, and preparation and practice. Business presentations, media appearances, interviews, talks, lectures and writing require communication skills. Different occasions require different strategies.

Learn how to manage the environment, build rapport, structure the presentation and deliver. See yourself as others see you! All coaching custom designed: -

  • Preparatory questionnaire and work on constructing a presentation
  • Fun introductory workshop for up to 12 people
  • Small group presentation skills coaching
  • Team coaching for a specific purpose – use your coach to help prepare and polish that winning presentation
  • Confidence building
  • Tools and tips to help the presentation go smoothly

Duration: one day non-residential

Fees:  £100 + VAT per attendee or £950 + VAT for the whole day, whichever is the least cost route for you

 

NLP in the Workplace - Introduction Day

Objective - to provide an overview of the key elements of NLP with several practical sessions and applications being used during the course of the day. This training is designed to increase and/or strengthen the understanding and applications within the workplace

WORKSHOPS

Positive Communication Skills

This course aims to promote effective listening, understanding non-verbal communications and the use of appropriate questioning when dealing with others. Creating a blame-free environment is important and so is dealing with difficult people.

This course helps attendees to give and receive critical feedback with ease and confidence.

Management of Workplace Conflict

Unresolved conflict affects an organisation is many ways. This workshop discusses some of the causes of conflict, how to react to conflict situations and methods of conflict resolution.

Healthy Work/Life Balance & Stress Management

This workshop discusses the potential/actual causes of workplace stress and how to development a personal action plan to minimise work-related stress. Developing a healthy work/life balance is the responsibility of several stakeholders and some positive improvement strategies are discussed.

Managing Challenging Individuals and Their Behaviour

We used to call it bullying. The causes and types of challenging behaviour are complex and varied. There are positive and less positive ways to deal with challenging individuals and their behaviour. Choosing your personal 'state', dealing with an issue immediately and being calm are essential parts to obtaining wellbeing in the workplace. Role play and experiential workshop.
